Anna Fischer is the Program Coordinator for Fellowships within the Legal Capacity Development Program. Previously, Anna had worked with the Energy Regulators Regional Association as Program Officer; with the British Embassy in Budapest as Project Coordinator managing the British Small Grants Scheme; and with the Hungarian Red Cross where she was responsible for the implementation of the Roma Community Development Project. She is qualified as both a language teacher and as a teacher trainer, and she holds Masters degrees in both Russian and English Language and Literature.
