Mariana Berbec-Rostas is the Associate Legal Officer for Legal Capacity Development/Clinical Legal Education program with the Open Society Justice Initiative. She holds a law degree from the State University of Moldova and a LL.M. in Comparative Constitutional Law with a specialization Human Rights from the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary). Mariana worked for COLPI as Legal Intern in the field of judicial reform, human and minority rights, and international justice. She also completed an intensive course on non-discrimination and minority rights at Abo Akademi University in Turku, Finland and a course on human rights teaching methods at the American University Washington College of Law.
