Marina Ilminska works with the Justice Initiative as project coordinator for the National Criminal Justice Reform program based in the Budapest office. Marina received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and French from Montreat College in North Carolina and has recently completed a Master of Art’s program in Public Policy (Fiscal Decentralization and International Public Policy streams) at Central European University. Marina was an intern with Open Society's Local Government Initiative program in Budapest and previously worked in Kiev, Ukraine, as an Executive Assistant at Amway-Ukraine and as a recruiter for American Councils for International Education.
