Ramy and Céline Shaath v. Arab Republic of Egypt
This case was filed before the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights on behalf of Ramy Shaath, an Egyptian-Palestinian national and a prominent human rights defender who was an active participant in the 2011 Egyptian revolution, and his wife, Celine Lebrun-Shaath.
Tenants of Mjølnerparken v. Danish Ministry of Transport and Housing
Twelve Copenhagen residents have filed a lawsuit against the Danish government seeking a declaration that measures under the country’s so-called Ghetto Package are unlawful under EU law and the European Convention on Human Rights.
Dabetić v. Italy
The Justice Initiative has filed an application before the European Court of Human Rights regarding Italy’s failure to remediate an individual's prolonged status of statelessness in a timely manner, which resulted in harms including inability to work, threat of deportation, and denial of protection from the state.
