Khashoggi FOIA Case Documents Available Online
The Open Society Justice Initiative has begun to publish documents released by U.S. government departments and agencies, in response to the Freedom of Information Act petition filed on December 4, 2018, seeking the release of records relating to the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.
The FOIA case is before Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Documents so far released can be found under Open Society Foundations' account on Document Cloud.
Final responses have so far been delivered by the Office of the Department of National Intelligence, the National Security Agency, and the Department of Justice. First interim responses have been received from the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, and the Department of State.
