Recent Developments at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia
The Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia has been shaken by the battle over the appointment of International Co-Investigating Judge Laurent Kasper-Ansermet, even as the court achieves important milestones, including issuing a final verdict in its first case and opening substantive hearings in its second.
