Case Digests: Human Rights Decisions of the East African Court of Justice, May 2015

This set of Case Digests presents summaries of 18 decisions by the East African Court of Justice between May 2013 and February 2015 which relate to its jurisdiction over the rule of law or otherwise impact on human rights. An earlier edition covers similar decisions from the period from November 2007 and May 2013.

It was produced by lawyers at the Open Society Justice Initiative with the assistance of Rightslink at Columbia Law School, in order to bring the decisions of global human rights tribunals to a wider  audience.
