Case Digests: UN Human Rights Committee 100th Session, October 2010
The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions on admissibility and merits taken by the UN Human Rights Committee at its 100th session, held in October 2010.
These summaries, including links to the original decisions, were prepared with the assistance of the Human Rights Clinic of Columbia Law School, New York.
They are part of our Case Watch series, which we produce in a bid to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience.
We also continue to add to our Case Watch reports, in which our lawyers explore the legal implications of individual tribunal rulings more closely, with a particular focus on the European Court of Human Rights.
