Case Digests: UN Human Rights Committee 101st Session, March 2011
The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions on admissibility and merits taken by the UN Human Rights Committee at its 101st session, held in March 2011.
These summaries, including links to the full decisions, were produced with the assistance of the RightsLink program at Columbia Law School, New York.
They are part of our Case Digests series, which we produce in a bid to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience.
We also continue to add to our Case Watch reports, in which our lawyers explore the legal implications of individual tribunal rulings more closely, with a particular focus on the European Court of Human Rights.
