Case Digests: UN Human Rights Committee 102nd Session, July 2011

The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions on admissibility and merits taken by the UN Human Rights Committee at its 101st session, held in July 2011.

These summaries are part of our Case Digests series, which we produce in a bid to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience.

We also continue to add to our Case Watch reports, in which our lawyers explore the legal implications of individual tribunal rulings more closely, with a particular focus on the European Court of Human Rights.
