The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions on admissibility and merits taken by the UN Human Rights Committee at its 105th session, held in July 2012.
These summaries, including links to the full decisions, were produced with the assistance of the RightsLink program at Columbia Law School, New York.
They are part of our Case Digests series, which we produce in a bid to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience.
